To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wy999, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of revenue.
wy999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, wy999 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Any balance confirmed as legitimately earned and not subject to ongoing dispute shall be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the conclusion of any investigation, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the wy999 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wy999 holds its operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal dispute process.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are required to submit a formal complaint to wy999 via the support channels listed in Section 16 of this Agreement. wy999 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
